How We Find Great Employees

We attract people to our organization through print ads, employment agencies, the internet, church organizations, and by working through local job agencies. But our preference is to recruit employees through referrals from our existing cleaners. Experience has shown us that employees are happier at work and far more productive if they are working with people they like and respect. We also find that this leads to better attendance on the job because oftentimes employees who know one-another, live near each other and are able to carpool and help each other get to work. About 75% of our new hires are through employee referrals.
